We are a “player development” program that takes the responsibility to develop all players. It is especially critical to allow all children the time to develop…..at Locker Elite we pay special attention to the phenomenon of the “late bloomer”. We have seen so many children relegated to lower-level teams and passed off to the sidelines while their club focuses only on the very best at any particular age group. Long-term success requires that we allow every child the chance to develop to their fullest potential.
