Professional Soccer Mom

Before we get started, I'd like to introduce myself.  My name is Jennifer and I've been a soccer mom for 9 years.  I started out as an amateur soccer mom working the little dribbler circuits and recreational soccer scene in Cincinnati before my then 6 year old son showed enough promise to try-out for and make his first club team. I really thought we were big time.

Fast forward 5 years and here we are in Columbus, Ohio navigating the world of youth soccer for our six kids.  When we first moved to town it took us a a good two years to get our soccer bearings but after a few false starts and movement through the soccer scene we are starting to find our way.

In 2018 on a whim I started the facebook group Columbus Soccer Moms and Dads in an attempt to connect the disconnected masses of soccer parents that I had been coming across in our many soccer circles.  When you have children spanning 11 years you meet people in all parts of their soccer journey and as I found myself being asked the same questions year over year by different people I also found myself connecting people. From there came the idea for Columbus Soccer Moms and Dads a forum for honest questions and honest answers about soccer in Central, Ohio.

Now, as I mentioned I have 6 kids one Elite level U12, a recreational U11 an up and coming U7, a not interested U4, my USWNT hopeful U3 and probably with the most promise at stardom is my U2. As you can see we are just starting our journey so we will be around for a while.
