United Soccer Coaches Convention 2025: Day One Recap

This year marks Soccer Moms and Dads' fourth United Soccer Coaches Convention and our third time being hosted by Great Lakes Alliance. A huge thank you to Great Lakes Alliance for their warm hospitality and continued support—you’ve truly made us feel at home in Chicago, Illinois!

We kicked things off by exploring the convention meeting up with some of our OSMD Insiders, and it was wonderful to reconnect with familiar faces and welcome new ones to our growing community.

Here are the OSMD clubs we had the pleasure of catching up with yesterday:

• Ohio Premier: Always at the forefront of developing top talent in Ohio, their commitment to the game is truly inspiring.

• Club Ohio: A consistent leader in fostering both player and community development, it’s always a pleasure to hear about their initiatives.

• Cincinnati Soccer Club: A standout organization bringing passion and a positive soccer culture to the Cincinnati soccer scene.

• Blast FC Soccer Academy: Renowned for their player-first approach and dedication to excellence, they continue to raise the bar.

• Barcelona United: Embracing the beautiful game with a focus on technical development and a strong club culture.

• Sporting Columbus: Their energy and innovative ideas for youth soccer never fail to impress.

• Fusion FC, NKY: One of our newest Insiders! Based in Northern Kentucky, they bring fresh enthusiasm and a growing presence to the OSMD family.

  
  

In addition to catching up with our Insiders, we spent time exploring the exhibit hall, where we discovered two NEW products we think soccer parents will love:
